Perfectly Poised Pageants is a new pageant system open to females and males of all ages. It’s an Ontario-wide pageant held in various cities focusing not only on beauty, but charity, self-development confidence and poise.
Moving away from the typical pageants, our pageants not only focus on how well you can walk and pose on the stage. We also focus on presenting the best version of yourself by providing training in self-development, career coaching, social etiquette, public speaking, networking techniques, image consulting/ styling, among other topics. As we believe a true pageant winner creates abundance in all areas of their life. We want all contestants to feel like they have walked away with some value by competing in our pageant and feeling like a winner in all aspects of their life.Â
The Founder and Executive Director of Perfectly Poised Pageants, Sheena Osman is no stranger to pageantry. She has competed in pageants for the past 15 years winning such titles as Miss Flower City 2010, Miss South Asia Canada 2012- 2nd runner-up, Miss All Canadian Ultimate Majesty 2015, Miss All Canadian Royal Queen 2015, Miss Canada Tourism 2017, Ms Canada Nation Universe 2023, the international title of Ms Ambassador Nation Universe 2024 won in Tampa, Florida and most recently, Miss Heritage Canada-1st runner-up, Miss Peace Canada 2025.
Sheena has also served as a pageant judge, pageant coach and emcee for various pageants. She has a background in journalism as a TV Host/ Reporter, has a background in modeling, was a recording artist and is currently a TV/film actress. She is currently a Global Peace Ambassador with the International Peace Festival, a volunteer with the Red Cross and sponsors children in war-torn countries through various charities. She advocates for various charities and causes in the Greater Toronto area.
The Assistant Director of the pageant Neshad Osman has a background in modeling, was a competitor in the international modeling competition Model Search America held in New York, has a background in beauty, aesthetics, competitive singing and was a child actress/ singer for various kids TV shows including Sesame Street, Mr Dress Up among other TV shows.Â
